PRESTIGE BERGERAC DRY WHITE 2019
Aged in oak barrels
Soil : Clay & limestone
Grapes : Sauvignon blanc et sauvignon gris
Vinification :
The oldest block of Sauvignon (35 years) on limestone soil has been selected to give this pleasant wine its crunchy fruit character. Harvested at maturity, it is fermented directly in oak barrels after a long maceration, then maturated on the lees for six months.
Notes de dégustation :
The ripe nose combines the characteristic Sauvignon flavours of citrus with delicately dosed oak aromas and the palate offers delicious exotic fruits.
Pairing : enjoy at 10 °C as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish or white meat.
