BERGERAC DRY WHITE TRADITION 2020
Grapes : 50 % Sauvignon, 40 % Sémillon, 10% Muscadelle
Vinification : Located on the limestone slopes of the vineyard, the Sauvignon Blanc benefits from good maturity and is harvested exceptionally early, announcing the start of the harvest at the beginning in September.
The particularly successful blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle gives the wine breadth and intense aromas of ripe fruit. The richness obtained by ageing on the lees gives complexity to the Château Les Fontenelles distinguishing it among Bergerac wines.
Tasting note :
The nose delivers aromas of citrus and white flowers. The palate offers good volume and intense fruit.
With a hint of sparkle, this wine allows us to discover ripe fruit flavours, mango and grapefruit.
Pairing suggestions : enjoy at 10 °C, as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish, white meat.
